1928: Outstanding Lindbergh Flight Cover - col7723: "Air mail cover from 1928, flown by Lindbergh.
For two days in 1928, on February 20th and February 21st, Charles Lindbergh flew the mail, again, for the Robertson Aircraft Corporation on Contract Air Mail Route 2, between Chicago, Illinois, and St. Louis, Missouri.
This cover was flown by him on one of these flights and it is postmarked for Chicago, on February 21st, at 4:00 a.m., on its front and stamped for Saint Louis, on February 21st, at 12:00 p.m., on its back.
It has a 10 cent stamp featuring Lindbergh's Ryan NYP Spirit of St. Louis and a horseshoe cachet that says 'Lindbergh Again Flies the Air Mail'. "
